Colleen Stevenson
Professional Experience
As Operations Director at CLA Meridian Capital, Colleen leads the firm’s organizational development and operational effectiveness. She is dedicated to building and implementing efficient, high-performing systems that streamline business processes and achieve strategic growth objectives.
Before joining CLA Meridian Capital, Colleen served as Vice President of Human Resources at LRES Corporation, a West Coast–based financial services company. She began her career as a librarian and transitioned into human resources, driven by her passion for leadership and her commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and innovative workplace cultures.
Education & Certification
Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She holds a certification in Human Resources Management from Cal State Fullerton, and a SHRM-CP credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Community Service and Involvement
Colleen serves as the Board President for the Pratt Fine Arts Center, is an active mentor for the Lake Washington Human Resources Association, and participates in Seattle Neighborhood Greenways. She enjoys cycling, exploring the outdoors, supporting local arts and community events, and relaxing with her pup.
