Brandon Leyert
Professional Experience
Brandon Leyert is a Vice President at Meridian Capital with a focus on the Engineering, Construction, & Building Products (ENCBP), Residential & Commercial Services, and Food & Agribusiness industry verticals. As Vice President, Brandon primarily advises lower middle-market companies and their owners on selling and acquiring businesses, raising equity and debt capital, and evaluating strategic alternatives and succession planning. Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Brandon was an Associate at Moss Adams Capital, a Seattle-based Investment Bank.
Education & Certification
Brandon graduated cum laude from the University of Washington, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in finance and marketing. He holds his Series 63 and Series 79 licenses with FINRA.
Community Service and Involvement
Brandon is an active member of Seattle’s ACG Y20 organization, a sub-group of the Association for Corporate Growth focused on the development of young professionals. Brandon has also volunteered as a coach for both youth football and basketball. Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys spending his time golfing, backpacking, and skiing. He is also passionate about UW and Seahawks football, international soccer, and global travel.
