Professional Experience
Aaron is a Director with CLA Meridian Capital and group co-lead for the firm’s Aerospace, Defense, & Space (“AD&S”) and Manufacturing & Distribution practices. Aaron advises middle-market businesses on sell-side, buy-side, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements across the AD&S supply chain and aftermarket, as well as industrial services, engineered products, and niche manufacturing sub-verticals, among others.
Aaron joined CLA Meridian Capital in 2015 after working as an analyst for Financial Technology Partners in San Francisco, where he provided M&A and capital raising advisory for fintech companies. In 2022, Aaron was named one of the recipients of the 13th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards by The M&A Advisor.
Education & Certification
Aaron received his Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, with a concentration in finance. He holds his Series 63, Series 79, and Series 82 licenses with FINRA.
Community Service and Involvement
Aaron is a member of the Vistage Trusted Advisors Group, is actively involved with the Seattle Finance Collective and was a member of ACG Seattle’s Young Professionals (Y20) class of 2016. Aaron is a native to the Pacific Northwest having grown up in Gig Harbor. Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys exercising, skiing, boating, and spending time with his fiancé and French bulldog.
