SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – September 26, 2023 – CLA Meridian Capital (“CLA Meridian Capital”), a leading independent middle market investment bank and M&A advisory firm is pleased to announce the closing of a successful investment into one of its clients, Rubicon Contracting, LLC (“Rubicon” or the “Company”), by Corbel Capital Partners (“Corbel”).

CLA Meridian Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rubicon on the transaction. Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar served as legal counsel and Eide Bailly provided accounting and tax services to Rubicon.
