He has completed a range of financial advisory assignments, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and public equity transactions on behalf of both private equity firms and for private and public company clients. Prior to that, Mr. Ephrati was with McKinsey & Co. in London and New York, where he led teams advising Fortune 100 companies on new market development, acquisitions, and strategy.
Education:
Mr. Ephrati holds an MBA (High Distinction) from University of Michigan and a BA in Economics and Business from Tel Aviv University.
