    Gerald Hatler joined Meridian in 2010 as a Senior Advisor. Gerry has more than 35 years of banking experience. Previously, Gerry served as President and CEO of Evergreen Bank. At Evergreen, Gerry led a strategic process to reposition the Company for long-term growth, including creating a bank-holding company and shedding non-core services. Before Evergreen, Gerry held various positions at Wells Fargo and PEMCO Corporation. He is a member of the American Bankers Association and the Washington Bankers Association, a director for Junior Achievement of Washington, and serves as a board member of the Seattle Central Community College Foundation. Gerry holds an MBA from Seattle University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School
