Professional Experience
Todd is an original founding principal of Meridian Capital and was previously founder and president of NCF Financial Inc., a Seattle computer equipment leasing company. Under his leadership, NCF became one of the primary leasing companies in the Western U.S. Previously, he was the president/principal of American Data Processing Supplies, Inc., a national distributor of computer equipment and supplies. He was also a principal and chairman of the board at Paytel Northwest, a pay telephone company in the Pacific NW.

Todd is a present and past member of the boards of directors of NCF Communications, Inc., a pay telephone operator; Global Communications, Inc., a communications company in Canada (he serves as chairman); Private Asset Management, Inc., a personal investment management consulting firm; Best Western Land, a land development company; Calvert Industries, an industrial blasting and coating company; J.P. Griffin Group, a national employee benefits firm; and Cherrish, an all-natural cherry juice beverage company.
